Black Panther: Wakanda Forever release date, Trailer, Star Cast and More Information

Following the February 2018 release of Black Panther, a sequel was started. In the ensuing months, Coogler bargained to take over as director once more, and Marvel Studios formally announced the sequel’s production in the middle of 2019.

By November of that year, further members of the first movie’s core cast had been confirmed, and the title had been revealed by May of 2021. Prior to a break to allow Wright to recover from an injury experienced while filming, production initially took place in Atlanta and Brunswick, Georgia, as well as nearby Massachusetts, from late June to early November 2021.

By mid-January 2022, production had resumed, and it was finished in Puerto Rico by late March.

The upcoming superhero movie Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is based on the Marvel Comics character Black Panther. It is meant to be the follow-up to Black Panther (2018) and the 30th movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Star Cast and Filmmaker

Black Panther star Chadwick Boseman passed away from colon cancer in August 2020. Black Panther Wakanda Forever is made by Marvel Studios and released by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures (MCU). Dominique Thorne, Mabel Cadena, and Alex Livanalli also appear in the upcoming film.

Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige joined Comic-Con with director Ryan Coogler and cast members Winston Duke, Danai Gurira, Tenoch Huerta, Florence Kasumba, and Alex Livinalli also feature Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Martin Freeman, Letitia Wright,  Angela Bassett, and Dominique Thorne.

Namor McKenzie, also known as Sub Mariner, the King of Atlantis, will be the movie’s villain. T’Challa and Namor do not get along, therefore Wakanda and Atlantis have been at odds for a time, claims Screen Rant.

When they first met in Rising of the Black Panther 2, they got along well. Even the offenders who escaped the underwater city were caught thanks to their cooperation.

T’Challa worried about Namor and whether he was reliable, despite the two of them earlier having a good working relationship.

Who is Namor

Namor is more than just Atlantis’ king. He, like most MCU characters, has a tragic backstory that drives his character. He wasn’t always the leader we know him as, according to his profile on Marvel’s comics. He was the son of Leonard McKenzie, a human sailor, and Fen, the daughter of the Atlantean Emperor at the time.

In this trailer, T’Challa, played by Chadwick Boseman, is seen in the trailer as a mural flashes up, while Queen Ramonda, played by Angela Basset, delivers an emotional speech: “I am the queen of the world’s most powerful nation, and now my entire family has died. Have I not given my all?”

Tenoch Huerta makes his film debut as Namor, the king of a hidden undersea nation. One character’s pregnant belly underwater teases future footage of a baby in Wakanda.

I Might Destroy You In the trailer, Michaela Coel can also be seen preparing for battle. Dominique Thorne, Mabel Cadena, and Alex Livanalli also appear in the upcoming film.
