Mere Husband Ki Biwi Movie Release Date, Star Cast & Trailer

Filmmaker Mudassar Aziz is set to helm Mere Husband Ki Biwi, the follow-up to his 2019 romantic comedy Pati Patni aur Wo, which stars Kartik Aryan, Bhumi Pednekar, and Ananya Pandey.

The movie will be built on the idea of a love triangle, as the title suggests. Aziz, who has previously directed comedies like Dulha Mil Gaya, Happy Bhaag Jayegi, Happy Phirr Bhaag Jayegi, etc., would be doing his fifth film as a director.

The story for Double XL, the most recent film to star Huma Qureshi and Sonakshi Sinha, was also written and co-produced by Aziz.

Upcoming Bollywood Movies 2023-2024

Arjun Kapoor will play the male lead in the comic coper, with Rakul Preet Singh and Bhumi Pednekar playing the main female roles. The trio will work together for the first time on this, while Aziz and Bhumi will team up again after Pati Patni Aur Wo.

Arjun Kapoor’s most recent film, Ek Villain Returns, was released last year and opened to mediocre reviews. Meanwhile, he has future films like “Kuttey” and “The Lady Killer” in the works.

Regarding Bhumi Pednekar, she is one of Bollywood’s most promising actors/actresses. She last appeared with Akshay Kumar in Anand L. Rai’s family comedy Raksha Bandhan, whilst Rakul’s most recent film, Thank God, was released this year around Diwali.

Alongside Kamal Haasan, she is currently preparing for the eagerly anticipated action thriller Indian 2.

The movie, which is being produced by Vasu and Jackky Bhagnani, will be released in theatres in 2023, and production will be finished this year. The majority of the movie was filmed in the United Kingdom, and the finale schedule will soon begin.
