Mister Mummy OTT Release Date (Netflix) & When To Watch?

Shaad Ali, who has directed movies like Saathiya, Bunty Aur Babli, Guru, Soorma, Ok Jaanu, Kill Dil, and Jhoom Barabar Jhoom, among others, will soon release the Hindi comedy-drama Mister Mummy.

Even before the movie was released in theatres, the crew confirmed the OTT partner. Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza, the prettiest pair in Bollywood, will star in the movie, which was officially confirmed on February 4, 2022, the couple’s 10th wedding anniversary.


Riteish and Genelia, a popular and adored real-life couple, The release date for this movie was previously set for November 11, 2022, but avoided a conflict with Bhediya & Now will be released on 18 November 2022. The expectant couple’s narrative is revealed in the teaser, and it appears humorous and original.

After its theatrical run, the film will be available on the global OTT behemoth Netflix. The film’s availability on the platform will be determined by its box office performance. It will be available on OTT four weeks following its theatrical premiere.

The movie is a collaboration between producer Siva Ananth and director Shaad Ali under the auspices of T-Series, Hectic Cinema Pvt. Ltd., and Bound Script Pictures Ltd. After starring in the 2012 romantic comedy Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya, Genelia D’Souza and Riteish Deshmukh will once again be seen on the big screen in the movie.

Riteish Deshmukh performed the lead part in the popular Marathi movie Lai Bhaari, which the two also worked on together. Genelia supported the project and made a cameo appearance in the movie. Recently, the duo revealed Ved, a web Marathi initiative.

Mahesh Majrekar, a seasoned actor from Bollywood and Marathi, plays a doctor in Mister Mummy. Eve Yasmine, a songwriter, singer, and actress from London, plays a crucial part in it as well.


The film’s trailer, which was recently published by the creators, is intriguing and exciting. The movie, which stars Genelia and Riteish as a couple with opposing views on having kids and getting pregnant at the same time, is described in the teaser as examining the life of such a pair. Riteish’s character flaunts a baby bump in the movie’s advertising and trailer, exactly like Genelia’s character does.
