World Health Day 2022- History, Aim, Quotes { Latest } and more

Each year, World Health Day is celebrated on April 7. World Health Day celebrates action to eliminate health injuries as part of a long-running global crusade for people to come together in a better, fairer world.

This crusade highlights WHO’s indigenous principle that “the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of healthcare is one of the abecedarian rights of every human being, without distinction of race or religion, political belief, and profitable or social condition.”

Since 1948, when it was first held at the First Health Assembly and has been in effect since 1950, the festivity aims to bring awareness to a particular health theme that will be a focal point for the World Health Organization.

This has often brought to light important issues such as internal health, motherly care, and climate change.

This festivity is marked with conditioning that goes beyond the day and serves as an opportunity to focus worldwide attention on important aspects of global healthcare.

The West Pacific has seen rapid growth, migration, and urbanization in recent years. Many people were able to enjoy better lives, but others were left behind.

The COVID-19 crisis has eroded recent health earnings, driven more people into poverty, food insecurity, and amplified gender and social injuries.

This World Health Day is part of a long-running global crusade to unite people to create a better, more equitable world. This crusade highlights WHO’s the indigenous principle that “the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard in health is one the abecedarian right of every human being, regardless of race, religion or financial condition.”
