Jacqueline Fernandez was born on 11 August 1985 in Manama, Bahrain. After completing a degree in mass communication from the University of Sydney in Australia, she worked in some Sri Lankan TV shows and also did modeling.
In 2009, she came to India for modeling work, and at that time Sujoy Ghosh’s direct film Aladdin’s audition was going on, then Jacqueline participated in this audition and got selected to play the lead role with Ritesh Deshmukh.
Aladdin’s (2009) movie did not perform well at the box office but after this, she appeared in Mohit Suri’s Directed Movie Murder 2 (2011) with Emraan Hashmi in the lead role and the film was a hit at the box office.
Fernandez became one of Bollywood’s top actresses after working with Salman Khan in the 2014 Bollywood movie Kick.
Some of her hit movies are Housefull 2 (2012), Race 2 (2013), Housefull 3 (2016), and Judwaa 2 (2017). But 2022 was not good for Jasukeline as all four of her movies Attack – Part 1, Vikrant Rona, Ram Sethu, and Circus failed to perform well at the box office.
