Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao Jr is also known as Jr NTR and was born on 20 May 1983 in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. His parents are producer, actor, and politician, Nandamuri Harikrishna and Shalini Bhaskar Rao.
He first got a lead role in the Telugu movie Ramayanam (1997) in which he played the childhood role of Lord Ram and a few years later appeared in the lead role in the Telugu movie Ninnu Choodalani (2001) directed by Var Pratap.
JR NTR got first success in movie career Student No. 1 (2001) and Aadi (2002) and gradually became one of the most popular actors in the Telugu movie industry.
He worked in many super hits Telugu movies like Simhadri (2003), Yamadonga (2007), Brindavanam (2010), Temper (2015), JANATHA GARAGE (2016), Arvinda Sametha Veera Raghava (2018), and many more But the biggest movie of his life is RRR (2022) which was directed by S. S. Rajamouli.
