Director Laxman Utkar is making a sequel to his 2019 super hit film Likha Chuppi starring Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon. Made on a budget of 25 crores, this romantic and comedy film impressed the audience a lot and did a great performance at the box office by collecting 128.6 crores.
This time the makers are pairing two budding actors of Bollywood in Luka Chuppi 2 and for the first time URI star Vicky Kaushal and audience’s crush Sara Ali Khan will be seen romancing together on the big screen.
On September 2019, the filmmakers started working on the film along with announcing the sequel of the film, and in an interview, the director said that the film based on a live-in relationship in front of the family was appreciated by the audience, so he wanted to make a sequel. will also see a similar story
The shooting of this film has started in January 2022 and a scene of the film was also viral on social media, in which Vicky and Sara were seen riding a bike together.

Controversy After the Bike shoot
Makers also had to face controversy after this shoot was filmed in the indoor of Madhya Pradesh because Jai Singh Yadav, a resident of Indoor had filed a complaint against makers in the police station and said that- “The number used in the shooting of the film is mine and the filmmakers had to take care of it because it is illegal and the number plate (4872) should not have been used without my permission”.
The police then clarified that it was a misunderstanding as the number of the bike was 1 which was showing 4, Rajendra Soni, SHO, Bangana, Indore told PTI, “We investigated the matter and found that the vehicle was 4872 was not. The number was 1872 but because of a bolt, number 1 did not look like number 4. and we didn’t find any irregularities in it.
Star Cast
Vicky Kaushal and Sara Ali Khan are playing lead roles in the film. Vicky was last seen in Govinda Mera Naam alongside Kiara Advani and Bhumi Pednekar and the film was released on Direct Disney Hotstar.
This year Vicky’s two films The Great Indian Family and Sam Bahadur are also ready to hit the theatres.
Talking about Sara, she was last seen in Atrangi Re opposite Akshay Kumar and Dhanush but the film failed to impress the audience.Now this month on March 31, its Gaslight film is releasing in Direct Disney+ Hotstar.
