Mr. & Mrs. Mahi is an upcoming Bollywood movie based on the love life of India’s most successful former captain cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni starring Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor.
On November 22, 2021, the announcement of this film was done by sharing a video in which Rajkumar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor are saying that sometimes two people are needed to fulfill a dream.
The shooting of this film being directed under Gunjan Saxena fame director Sharan Sharma started on 9th May 2022 and wrapped up on 30th April 2023.

After Gunjan Saxena’s The Kargil Girl, Janhvi Kapoor is working together for the second time in Sharan Sharma’s directorial venture and playing the character of Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s wife Sakshi Dhoni.
Rajkummar Rao is playing the character of Mahendra Singh Dhoni and both these actors have previously worked together in the horror film Roohi.
Other actors Abhishek Banerjee, Kumud Mishra, Rajesh Sharma, Zarina Wahab, Purnendu Bhattacharya, Abhilash Chaudhary, Yamini Das, Kundan Kumar, and Siddhant Khanna also play important roles.
Talking about the makers, Mr. & Mrs. Mahi is written by Nikhil Mehrotra and Sharan Sharma and produced by Hiroo Johar, Karan Johar, and Apoorva Mehta under the banner of Dharma Productions.
Manan Bhardwaj and Amit Trivedi composed the music, Anay Goswami, Yash Khanna, and Manush Nandan have done the cinematography, while Nitin Baid completed the editing work.
