Rakul Preet Singh is an Indian actress who works in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi movies and was born on 10 October 1990 in New Delhi, India.
While completing her mathematics degree from Jesus and Mary College, she started modeling and at the same time started her acting career with the Kannada movie Gill (2009) directed by Raghav Loki.
A few years later, she appeared in the Telugu movie Keratam (2011) and the Tamil movie Thadaiyara Thakka (2012).
After working in a Tamil and Telugu movie in 2013, she made her Bollywood debut with the movie Yaariyan (2014) directed by Divya Khosla Kumar.
After this, she worked in South Indian movies with many big South actors and from 2019 also started appearing in big Bollywood movies like De De Pyaar De (2019), Marjaavaan (2019), Sardar Ka Grandson (2021), Attack (2022), Runway 34 (2022), and Thank God (2022).
Currently, she is working on many South Indian and Bollywood movie projects and this year some of her movies are ready to hit the theaters.
