Pushpa: the celebrity Rashmika Mandanna, an Indian actor who works across the country, debuted in the 2016 sandalwood film Kirik Party, in which she played the critically acclaimed Saanvi Joseph. She additionally took home the SIIMA Award for Best Debut Actress-Kannada for her performance.

Rashmika was born in Virajpet, Kodagu, Karnataka, in April 1996. She graduated from the M.S. Ramaiah College of Arts, Science, and Commerce in Bangalore, Karnataka.

The actress made her acting debut in the highest-grossing Kannada movie of the year in 2016, and the following year, she acted in the romantic comedy Anjani Putra with late actor Puneeth Rajkumar. She received her first Filmfare awards South nomination for Chamak.

Through her role as Vijay Deverakonda’s co-star in the commercially successful Tollywood rom-com Geetha Govindham from 2018, Rashmika rose to fame among fans of south Indian cinema.

The actress has had a very brief cinema career but has been in a number of highly successful movies, including Pushpa, Chalo, Bheeshma, Sarileru Neekevvaru, Yajamana, Anjani Putra, and Geetha Govidham.

Her two movies Pushpa: The Rise and Sarileru Neekevaru are presently ranked fourth and sixth, respectively, on the list of all-time highest-grossing Telugu movies. In the year 2021, she made her Kollywood debut in the action drama Sulthan starring Karthi.

The actress is now prepared to make her Hindi film debut after participating in every significant south Indian film in barely six years of her cinematic career.

1- Goodbye

After Mission Majnu, Goodbye will be her second Hindi film. Rashmika will appear alongside the senior Bachchan, aka Amitabh Bachchan, in Vikas Bahl’s directorial film. It is produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shivashish Sarkar under the banners of Balaji Motion Pictures and Reliance Entertainment.

Goodbye began filming in April 2021, and while no release date has been set, rumors suggest that it will be released in August 2022. The cast also includes Neena Gupta, Sahil Mehta, and Shivin Narang.

2- Pushpa: The Rule

The actress will appear in Pushpa: The Rise, Part 2 in 2021, a pan-Indian blockbuster in which she also stars. Pushpa: The Rule is the name of the movie. According to current sources, production has been started in April 2022, and as the filmmakers hope to wind up filming in 100 days, it is anticipated that Part 2 will be finished by July of this year.

The character that Srivalli played in the previous section will be played by Rashmika, and Pushpa by Allu Arjun.
