Sidharth Malhotra was born on 16 January 1985 in Delhi, India, and completed his graduation from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, University of Delhi.
After doing modeling for 4 years from the age of 18, he started her acting career in 2009 with a small role in the Star Plus television serial Dharti Ka Veer Yodha Prithviraj Chauhan.
After working as an assistant director on Karan Johar’s My Name Is Khan in 2010, he appeared in the lead role with Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt in Karan’s directorial venture Student of the Year (2012).
This movie was followed by three more hit movies of Siddharth which include Hasee Toh Phasee (2014), Ek Villain (2014), and Kapoor & Sons (2016) but Brothers (2015), Baar Baar Dekho (2016), A Gentleman (2017), Ittefaq ( 2017), and Jabariya Jodi (2019) failed to impress the audience and flopped at the box office.
In 2021, he played the lead role in the biographical war movie Shershaah directed by Vishnuvardhan Dey and the movie got a good response from the audience.
Some more movies of Siddharth have been released in theaters and direct out platforms and now he is working on Bollywood projects and web series which will soon hit your screens.

Pushkar Ojha and Sagar Ambre are jointly directing this military soldier war movie. Siddharth Malhotra will be seen in the lead role in this movie while Disha Patani and Raashii Khanna, Rahuul Chowdhary, Siddharth Kumar Choudhary, Awlad Hossein Eshan, and Krupesh Patolia will be seen in important roles.
Produced by Karan Johar and Shashank Khaitan and Distributed by AA Films, Amazon Studios the movie is ready to hit the theaters on 7 July 2023.

Rohit Shetty is creating this cup drama web series and Sidharth Malhotra is playing the lead role along with Vivek Oberoi, and Shilpa Shetty. Web series may release in the first quarter of 2023 on Amazon Prime Video.

According to media reports, Siddharth Malhotra and Sanjay Dutt are going to be seen together in Prakash Jha’s movie and the shooting of the movie will start soon.
