Snow White Disney Plus Hotstar Release Date, Cast, Review, Trailer & More
Very soon the musical fantasy film Snow White is ready to be released in which Gal Gadot is in the role of Evil Queen and Rachel Zegler is playing the character of Snow White.
The Amazing Spider-Man and The Amazing Spider-Man 2 fame director Marc Webb is directing this musical fantasy film and in media interviews he says that it is going to be better than the original.
The remake of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs was announced in October 2016, then Erin Cressida Wilson was selected for its screenplay while Greta Gerwig co-wrote the screenplay.
Principal photography began on 7 March 2022 after Australian cinematographer Mandy Walker, film editor Mark Sanger, musicians Pasek & Paul joined the film and the filmmakers selected the star cast.
Produced by Marc Platt under the banner of Walt Disney Pictures and Marc Platt Productions, Snow White has completed shooting on April 22, 2022.
Presently work on film editing and VFX is going on which will be completed by 2023 last.
Snow White Release Date Theater & Disney+ Hotstar
The year 2024 release of the film was announced in the D23 Expo Presentation which ran from 9 September 2022 to 11 September 2022.
Then a few days later, on 15 September 2022, seeing the excitement of the movie fans, the makers also shared the theater release date of 22 March 2024.
Talking about the release date, the film will be available to watch on Disney+ Hotstar streaming app in May 2024 or early June 2024, and to know the OTT release date, we will have to wait for the release of the film.
Snow White Star Cast
Rachel Zegler, winner of the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress – Motion Picture Comedy or Musical for West Side Story, plays Snow White’s character.
Gal Gadot, famous for the character of DC superhero Wonder Woman, is playing the character of Evil Queen and Gal Gadot’s spy action thriller Heart of Stone is also ready to hit the theaters in August 2023.
Andrew Burnap plays Snow White’s love interest Jonathan, a new character in the film.
Other actors Luisa Guerreiro as Artisan 3, Joshmaine Joseph as Guard Arthur, Dujonna as Gift Maple, Dean Nolan as Artisan 1 while Jon-Scott Clark, Alison Eager, Kathryn Akin, Stanley Duventru-Huret, and Misa Koide in the character of a dancer.
