Yaariyan 2 Movie Release Date, OTT, Star Cast, Teaser, Trailer & More
Director Radhika Rao and Vinay Sapru are directing Yaariyan 2 together again after Sanam Teri Kasam (2016). Yaariyan (2014) was written by Sanjeev Dutta and directed by Divya Khosla Kumar starring Himansh Kohli and Rakul Preet Singh in lead roles and the movie did well at the box office.
The sequel is now written by Anjali Menon and Muhammad Asif Ali and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Divya Khosla Kumar, Krishan Kumar, and Aayush Maheshwari under the banner of T-Series, Rao & Sapru Film. Also, new actors will be seen in the sequel.
On October 12, 2022, along with the announcement of the film, the makers also shared the first motion poster with the tagline “Cousins by blood, friends by choice! A family glued bond of true friendship brings back to you, #Yaariyan 2”.
In this story, 3 small-town college friends go to a big city to have fun and explore the beautiful places, but after meeting some people, their life takes a new turn. This is a fresh story and you will get to know the full story only after the release of the movie. Its first teaser may come in August and the trailer in September 2023.
Yaariya 2 Star Cast
Yash Dasgupta, Pearl V Puri, and Divya Khosla Kumar are playing lead roles in this comedy, musical and romantic movie.
Yash was earlier seen in SOS Kolkata (2020) and Pearl is very famous for the TV serial Naagin while director actor & producer Divya was seen in Satyameva Jayate 2 (2021).
Warina Hussain, who did an item song in Gaadfather (2022), and Priya Prakash Varrier, who made her acting debut in the Malayalam movie Oru Adaar Love (2019) are playing important roles. Other actors Anaswara Rajan, Lillete Dubey, Murli Sharma, Meezaan Jaffrey, and Imran Nazir Khan will also be seen in the film.

Yaariya 2 Release Date Theater & OTT
Its shooting has been completed and earlier the makers had planned to release Yaariyan 2 on 12th May 2023 but due to the non-completion of editing work. On 25 January 2023, the makers confirmed the new release date of 20 October 2023 by sharing the poster, which looks exactly like the front page of a comic Book.
