The work of Ajay Devgan’s Son of Sardar 2 is going to start very soon and according to media reports, Sunny Deol is also going to join the film.

Directed by Ashwni Dhir and produced by Ajay Devgn, the film is expected to go on floors in 2024.

It is a sequel to the 2012 superhit comedy film Son Of Sardaar but its story will be based on true events. At present, on which true incident this film will be based, its information is yet to come by the makers.

Let us tell you that Son of Sardaar, made in a budget of 30 crores, was released in theaters on 13 November 2012, In which Sanjay Dutt, Sonakshi Sinha, and Juhi Chawla were also seen along with Ajay Devgan.

The film’s screenplay, action, and dialogues were well-liked by the audience and was a blockbuster by collecting a total box office collection of 150 crores.

Ashwni Dhir is coming back to his film directorial work after six years before that Guest in London was his last directorial venture after Son of Sardaar.

According to some media sources, Sanjay Dutt is not working in Son of Sardar 2, and Sunny Deol will be seen doing action with Ajay Devgan.

Whether Sonakshi Sinha and Juhi Chawla are working in the film or not is yet to be known, but according to us both the actresses will work in the film as their performance in the first part was highly appreciated.

The film can be released in theaters in 2024 last or early 2025, but first, it has to be seen when the makers start shooting for the film. Ajay Devgan is currently busy with his biographical sports drama film Maidaan which will be ready to hit the theaters very soon.
