Dhruva Natchathiram: Chapter One – Yuddha Kaandam is Vikram’s upcoming spy agent action movie in which an undercover team goes to find their missing leader.

Veteran director Gautham Vasudev Menon, who won the National Award for Vaaranam Aayiram (2008), is directing the film and producing it under his production house Ondraga Entertainment.

However, in 2013, Menon announced the film with Vikram and the production of the film started in January 2017, but due to financial and other reasons, there was a lot of delay in the completion of the film.

In early 2023, the makers confirmed that the project is almost complete and will be ready to hit the theaters very soon.

Dhruva Natchathiram: Chapter One Star Cast

Vikram plays the character of John, a spy agent in the film.

Benedict Garrett plays the character of a mafia king.

Ritu Varma, Simran, Vinayakan, Arjun Das, Vamsi Krishna, Raadhika Sarathkumar, Sathish Krishnan, Munna Simon, Salim Baig, and Abhirami Venkatachalam also play essential roles.

Dhruva Natchathiram: Chapter One Release Date

The filmmakers had planned to release the film in early 2017 by sharing the first poster but later the date was extended to 6 November 2018.

After being postponed several times in 2019, 2020, and 2021, the release date of 18 July 2023 was also postponed.

Now the makers are releasing Dhruva Natchathiram on 24 November 2023.

Dhruva Natchathiram: Chapter One Teaser and Trailer

6 years from today on 14th January 2017 the first teaser of the film was released in which Vikram in the role of a secret agent is searching for some clues to find his team leader.

Then on June 5, 2018, another teaser of 1 min 15 sec was shared, in which Vikram was shown fighting terrorists with his team.

19 June 2023 First Lyric Song of the movie His Name Is John Was shared with the audience by Sony Music South and the second Oru Manam song came out on 27th July.

Directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon, this most awaited film is produced by Reshma Ghatala, P Madan, Venkat Somasundaram, Senthil Veeraasamy, and Menon under the banner of Ondraga Entertainment.

Harris Jayaraj composed the music, Jomon T. John, Manoj Paramahamsa, and Santhana Krishnan Ravichandran handled the cinematography and Praveen Antony edited the film.

Laal Kaptaan (2019) fame Deepak Venkatesan has written the story of the film along with Gautham Vasudev Menon and Rajeevan has done the work of Art Direction.
