Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi’s upcoming project NC23 has been titled Thandel. Bunny Vas is producing this action film directed by Chandoo Mondeti.
Chaitanya shared the title information on social media on November 22 and also shared the first poster.
The actor wrote in the caption, “#NC23 is #Thandel A character I’m really looking forward to playing .. and a team I’m really fond of @chandoomondeti, @Sai_Pallavi92, @ThisIsDSP and everyone at @GeethaArts. Shoot begins soon 🙂 (sic).”

Thandel Star Cast
Naga Chaitanya plays the lead role of a fisherman while beautiful actress Sai Pallai plays his love interest. Both actors have previously worked together in Love Story (2009).
Chaitanya was last seen in the Tamil film Custody (2023) and Sai Pallavi impressed the audience with her performance in Gargi (2022).

Thandel Makers
Karthikeya and Karthikeya 2 fame director Chandoo Mondeti is directing Thandel. Allu Aravind, the founder of OTT platform AHA, is producing this film under his Geetha Arts banner and award-winning musician Devi Sri Prasad has come on board as a music composer.
Thandel Release Date
According to some reports, Thandel will be ready to hit the theater in 2024 end but the release date is yet to be announced by the makers. As soon as the shooting starts, the makers can also share the release date of the film with the audience.
Naga Chaitanya has high hopes for the film because for some time his movies have failed to perform well at the box office.
