Hanuman is the most awaited upcoming Telugu movie and is ready to release a few days before the Hindu festival of Makar Sankranthi in 2024.
On 25 June 2021, the makers of this superhero film started principal photography along with the pooja ceremony and muhurtam shot in Hyderabad and later some scenes of the film were also shot in Maredumilli and Paderu villages of Andhra Pradesh.
In September 2021, Mollywood actor Dulquer Salmaan got the audience very excited by launching the first poster of the film.
Directed by Prasanth Varma, this is the first superhero Telugu film and is inspired by the Hindu god Hanuman.
Filmmakers have paid a lot of attention to Hanuman’s VFX so that the audience can experience reality while watching the film, due to which the budget of the film was increased to 72 crores.

1:- Zombie Reddy fame actor Teja Sajja is playing the lead role of Hanumanthu. He gets some superpowers from Lord Hanuman in the movie.
The actor was last seen in the romantic comedy Tamil film Adbhutham directed by Mallik Ram opposite Shivani Rajashekar.
2:- Beautiful actress Amritha Aiyer playing the character of Meenakshi who is Hanumanthu’s love interest. Amritha is also going to Bollywood debut through Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film Jawan.
3:- Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, a talented actress who has appeared in many films in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam, is playing the character of Anjamma.
4:- Actor Vinay Rai best known for Unnale Unnale (2007), Jayamkondaan (2008), Endrendrum Punnagai (2013) and Aranmanai (2014) is playing the role of the Villain, and his character name is Michael in the movie.
He has previously played the villain role in Thupparivaalan (2017), Doctor (2021), Etharkkum Thunindhavan (2022), and Christopher (2023).
5:- Popular comedian actors of the South Cinema Industry Vennela Kishore and Satya are also playing important roles in the film.
6:- Getup Srinu and Raj Deepak Shetty are also playing the role of villains.
Other actors Koushik Mahata, Md. Raiful Islam Sujon, Bhanu Prakash will also be seen in the film.

The filmmakers were earlier planning to release this most awaited superhero film in theaters on May 12, 2023, but then the date was postponed because director Prasanth Varma wanted to give more time to make the best film.
Prashant said in a social media post that “he has given 2 years of his life to make the film and wants to give 6 more months to make it the best”.

After the theater on which OTT platform Hanuman movie will be released?
Hanuman movie will be released on ZEE 5 OTT platform after 2 months of theatrical release because Zee Network has bought online streaming rights and television rights for Rs 16 crore.
The film will also be released on the television channel Zee TV by the end of 2024.

What is the story of the Hanuman movie?
In the film, a common man named Hanumanthu from the city visits a fictional place called Anjanadri and gets injured due to attack by some unknown people and reaches the verge of death but Lord Hanuman saves him by giving him some of his power.
After getting superpowers, Hanumanthu discovers the plan of the attackers and fights all the villains to protect an imaginary place called Anjanadri.
