The story of Satyaprem Ki Katha is directed by Sameer Demolition and written by Karan Shrikant Sharma. While Sajid Nadiadwala, Shareen Mantri KDA, and Kishor Arora are jointly producing it under the banner of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and Namah Pictures.

After Anees Bazmee’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 (2022), Bollywood’s rising stars Kiara Advani and Kartik Aaryan will be seen together again in this upcoming romantic movie.
Earlier the name of the film was Satyanarayan Ki Katha but this film started being opposed by the public because Satyanarayan is also the name of the Hindu God Vishnu and then the filmmakers changed its name to Satyaprem Ki Katha.
The shooting of this film started on 3 September 2022 and went on till 6 October 2022 in many beautiful locations in India.
