Actor Hrithik, who is known all over the world as the Greek God of Bollywood, is going to be seen in director Siddharth Anand’s movie Fighter and earlier this director has directed Salaam Namaste (2005), Ta Ra Rum Pum (2007), Bachna Ae Haseeno (2008), Anjaana Anjaani (2010), Bang Bang! (2014), War (2019), and Pathan (2022).

Directed by Siddharth Anand, the screenplay of the film is written by Ramon Chibb while the dialogues are written jointly by Abbas Dalal and Hussain Dalal.

Siddharth is assisted by Ramon Chibb in the story of this film and It is produced by Mamta Anand, Siddharth Anand, Ramon Chibb, and Anku Pandey under the banner of viacom18studios and marflix_pictures while Cinematography is by Satchith Paulose, Production Design is by Rajat Poddar, Visual Effects by Brad Meenich, Animation is by Radhakrishnan Acharya.

Vishal Dadlani and Shekhar Ravjiani are handling the music and they have previously given music together in Ra One (2011) and War (2019).

Fighter Trailer announcement

The fighter trailer is out now. The video shows air and ground combat between the armies of India and Pakistan.

The first teaser of Fighter is out on 11th November. The teaser shows some outstanding scenes of Deepika Padukone, Hrithik Roshan and Anil Kapoor with the fighter jet.

The VFX in the film is very impressive and it remains to be seen how much the film impresses the audience in the theatre.

Fighter Star Cast

Hrithik Roshan is going to be seen in the role of an Indian Air Force officer in this film and along with him Bollywood queen Deepika Padukone will also be seen in the lead role. The last time Deepika was seen in the blockbuster Pathan (2023) opposite Shahrukh Khan and John Abrams was in the role of Villain.

In 2022, the Hindi remake of the Tamil movie of the same name, Vikram Vidha (2022), starring Hrithik and Saif Ali Khan, failed to impress the audience and flopped at the box office.

Now it has to be seen how Hrithik’s fighter movie performs and Anil Kapoor, Akshay Oberoi, Karan Singh Grover, and Birol Tarkan Yildiz are also playing important roles. Actor Anil Kapoor, who was recently seen in Disney Hotstar’s popular web series The Night Manager, is also playing an important role in Fighter and Hrithik is very happy to work with him.

This is Karan’s first movie after Hate Story 3 (2015) and you can see the complete list of actors below.

Fighter Release Date

Earlier the makers had planned to release Fighter in 2023 but the work of this movie could not be completed and now it will be ready to hit the theaters on 25 January 2024.

Hrithik shared the first poster of the movie on his social media on 28 October 2022 with the caption showing the release date and fighter plane. According to the source, its first teaser will be shared by the makers in December 2023 last.

Fighter OTT Release Date

According to media reports, a deal has been made between YRF and Amazon Prime Video regarding online streaming service, so the film will be available for viewing on Amazon Prime Video after 2 months of its theatrical release.
