Kanguva Release Date, Star Cast, Teaser, Trailer & More Update

The title of Superstar Suriya’s upcoming historical action drama Movies Suriya-42 has been announced and it will be a pan-India film starring Suriya, Disha Patani, and Mrunal Thakur.

On April 15, 2023, the filmmakers announced the title of the film through their official account, while on April 16, the title Kanguva was confirmed by sharing the title video of 1 minute 12 seconds.

The film is being made in 10 different languages and is being directed by Viswasam (2019), Vivegam (2017), and Vedalam (2015) fame director Siva.

Produced by KE Gnanavelraja and Vamsi Pramod, the cinematography of the film is handled by Vetri Palanisamy, Nishad Yousef and Nishad Yusuf are the film editors while Devi Sri Prasad composes the music.

The last shot of Kanguva has been completed and Suriya has given this information by sharing a post on social media. Suriya shared the look poster of his character and wrote in the caption, My last shot done for kanguva! An entire unit filled with positivity! It’s a finishing of one and beginning of many..! Kanguva Star Cast

South movies Soorarai Pottru (2020), and Jai Bhim (2021) won the hearts of the audience, actor Suriya is playing the role of a warrior in Kanguva and two beautiful Bollywood actresses Mrunal Thakur and Disha Patani are playing important roles in this film.

Bobby Deol is playing the negative character and the first look of Bobby is out now during his birthday celebration.

Other actors Yogi Babu, Kovai Sarala, Redin Kingsley, Anandraj, and Ravi Raghavendra have also been part of this action film whose character details will be shared by the makers soon.

Kanguva Teaser & Trailer

On 23rd July 2023, the filmmakers released the first glimpse which has crossed 1 million views in under 7 hours.

The 2-minute 21-second glimpse video shows Suriya killing a tribal on the battlefield with a flaming spear, accompanied by music. This film is based on the fight between different tribal tribes.

According to some media reports, the filmmakers may release the first teaser of the film in May 2023 but its confirmation is yet to come.

Talking about the trailer, the makers will share the trailer with the audience a month before the release of the film.

At present, you can see the announcement video of the film, whose background music is somewhat similar to the music of the KGF film, but some of the characters shown in the video, such as a hawk, a dog, and a warrior riding a horse, have created a lot of buzz among Suriya’s fans.

Kanguva Release Date

The film’s work is currently ongoing and is expected to be completed by 2023 end. The movie will be ready to release in all the theaters near you by the end of 2024 and you can enjoy it in the languages of your choice like Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Marathi.

According to some reports, makers plan to release this film in April 2024 but the confirmation is yet to be announced by the makers.
