Viduthalai Part-1 is ready to hit the theaters on 31st March 2023 starring Vijay Sethupathi, Suri, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Prakash Raj, Bhavani Srey, Chethan Chinu, etc.
Asuran (2019) fame director Vetrimaaran is also working on its second part and the story of both parts is written by Vetrimaaran. The story of this film is adapted from B. Jayamohan’s novel Thunivan.
Elred Kumar has produced both parts under his RS entertainment and the crew of Part 1 is working again on the second part. Velraj handled the cinematography, Ilaiyaraaja Dhinge composed the music, and Ramar did editing the film. Red Giant Movies is the distributor of Viduthalai Part 1,2.

Soori is playing the character of Kumarsain who is a police constable.
Vijay Sethupathi Perumal is playing the character of “Vathiyaar” who worked as a teacher but as the leader of the People’s Army.
Other Cast Gautham Vasudev Menon, Prakash Raj, Saravana Subba, Livarasu, Bhavani Sarre, Chethan Chinu, Munnar Ramesh, and Rajeev Menon will be seen again in important roles. Their characters will also be revealed as soon as the release of the first part.
