OMG 2 Netflix Release Date, Star Cast, Trailer, Box Office Collection, Review & More
OMG 2 is ready to release on Netflix. This is a sequel to the 2012 film Oh My God and again stars Akshay Kumar in the lead role. Its first part was a blockbuster in 2012 and earned 120 crores at the box office with a budget of 60 crores.
The filming of OMG 2 started on 2 September 2021 in Mumbai and Khiladi Kumar started shooting in the second schedule on 23 October 2021. Now the entire schedule of the film is complete and ready to hit the theaters in the summer of 2023.
The sequel is written and directed by Amit Rai, known for Road to Sangam (2010). Produced by Vipul D. Shah, Rajesh Behl, and Ashwin Varde under the banner of Cape of Good Films & Wakaoo Film Production.
Amalendu Chowdhary handled the cinematography, and music by Mangesh Dhakade, while AA Films and Yash Raj Films are distributing it.
This film is based on the education system of India, the hypocrisy and superstition going on in the country and it has to be seen how well the makers convey their story to the audience through the film.

Comedy is being seen in the trailer with tremendous background music.
The first teaser of the film has come today on 11th July, which starts with a dialogue of Paresh Rawal- “whether God is God or not, a person can give his pride by being a believer or an atheist, whether he is an atheist Kanji Lal Mahatta or a believer Kanti Saran Mutkaran and the call made in distress always draws him to his servants”.
In the teaser, some glimpses of Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, and Pankaj Tripathi have also been shown along with tremendous background music.

OMG 2 Release Date Theater
The filmmakers have postponed the film’s release date and now OMG 2 will release in theaters on 11 August 2023. On 9 June 2023, Akshay Kumar confirmed the theater release date through his official Twitter account by sharing a poster.

On 23 October 2023, Akshay Kumar shared the first 2 posters of the film with his Twitter handle, in which Akshay is seen in blue color and in long hair. At the bottom of the poster, a schoolboy is sitting and in the next poster, Akshay is holding someone’s hand.
