Vicky Kaushal is one of the top 10 actors in Bollywood. He was born on 16 May 1988 in Bombay, Maharashtra, India.
In 2019, after completing a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology, he took acting training from Kishore Namit Kapoor’s Academy and also gave auditions for many movies but could not get selected.
After working as an assistant director on Gangs of Wasseypur (2012), he got a chance to play small roles in the movies Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana (2012), Geek Out (2013), and Bombay Velvet (2015).
Impressed by Vicky’s acting, director Neeraj Ghaywan cast him in the lead role in his movie Masaan (2015) opposite Richa Chadda. Masaan’s movie didn’t do well at the box office but Vicky won IIFA and Screen Awards for Best Male for his acting.
After working in a few more Bollywood movies, the turning point of his life started with the movie Uri: The Surgical Strike (2019) directed by Aditya Dhar. He played the lead role in this super hit movie based on the secret task of the Indian Army and for this movie, Vicky was highly appreciated by the audience and critics.
Nowadays many Indian filmmakers want to make movies with him and the shooting of some movies has already started.

Laxman Utekar is the director of Chaava based on Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj’s life. He is known for Mimi, Luka Chupi, and Zara Hatke Zara Bachke. Vicky Kaushal is playing the role of warrior Chhatrapati while Rashmika is in the role of Sambhaji’s wife.

Directed by Karan Johar, in this big star movie Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar, Janhvi Kapoor, and Anil Kapoor in lead roles.
