Konidela Kalyan Babu is also known as Pawan Kalyan and was born on 2 September 1971 in Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Then after working in Gokulamlo Seetha (1997), he appeared in the National Award Telugu Movie Tholi Prema (1998).
