Salaar Neflix Release Date, Star Cast, Teaser Update
Salaar is ready to release on 22 December 2023 in theaters.
Bahubali fame Prabhas to play the lead role in director Prashanth Neel’s upcoming Telugu action movie Salaar. In 2022, the actor was seen in Radhe Shyam opposite Pooja Hedge and despite receiving negative reviews from critics, the movie was a hit at the box office.
Prashant has previously directed the blockbuster Kannada movies Ugramam (2014), K.G.F: Chapter 1 (2018), and K.G.F: Chapter 2 (2022). At present, he is one of the top directors in India and the audience has high hopes for his upcoming movie Salaar.
After the announcement and title of the movie on 2 December 2020, its shooting started on 29 January 2021 at coal mines located in City Godwarikhani, Telangana, but in 2022, the shooting was stopped due to Prabhas’s knee surgery. The shooting resumed from June 2022 onwards and has been completed in February 2022.
The audience will get a new experience while watching a movie because, for the first time in India, Dark Centric Theme (DCT) technology has been used to shoot a movie.

The first 1-minute 46-second teaser of the film comes today morning of 6th July, in which a lot of action and some impressive dialogue are being seen. The teaser reveals that the film will see an army of villains with whom Prabhas will be seen fighting alone.
During the Diwali festival makers confirm that the trailer will be out on 1 December 2023 at 7:19 PM.

In this 200 crore budget movie, Prabhas will be seen in the role of Salar, Shruti Haasan will be seen in the role of Aadya, Prithviraj Sukumaran will be seen in the role of Vardharaja Mannar, Jagapathi Babu will be seen in the role of Raja Mannar and Jackey Mishra will be seen in the role of a police officer.
Actors Easwari Rao, Abhinay Raj Singh, Saran Shakti, and Madhu Guruswamy are also playing important roles.
